6 Nations - Round 2 tips
England v Italy (2.30pm Saturday - BBC1)
England's odds for the 6 Nations title were halved after their impressive win over Wales and they have the opportunity to build some momentum with a big win over Italy, who were well beaten by Ireland in Rome last weekend. England have won all 20 previous meetings against the Azzurri, and beat them 52-11 in last season's championship, while the Italians also lost 46-7 in Ireland last March. Take Stuart Lancaster's side to put on a show and get beyond a 28-point handicap, paying Evens with Betfred.
Ireland v France (5pm Saturday - BBC1)
Ireland got into their stride with a comfortable win in Rome and look ready to continue the great form they showed in 2014 with a home win over France, who produced a stodgy performance to see off Scotland 15-8 in Paris. The last time Ireland beat France in Dublin was their glorious 2009 Grand Slam year and although they may not be at that level, Joe Schmidt's side certainly look superior to the French at the moment. Back them with a minus 6 handicap at Evens, again with Betfred.
Scotland v Wales (3pm Sunday - BBC1)
Scotland have made great strides forward under Vern Cotter, but that may not be enough to get them a victory over Wales, who are smarting from their narrow defeat to England in Cardiff last Friday. Wales have won 11 of the last 12 meetings against the Scots, including the last three at Murrayfield and look to just have the edge here. Back the visitors with a minus 3 handicap, paying Evens with William Hill and Sky Bet.
