Everton v Leicester tips
Everton take on Leicester at Goodison Park on Sunday, live on SkySports 1 from 2.05pm.
The Toffees are 5/6 (generally) to win the match, while the Foxes can be backed at best odds of 4/1 and the draw at 13/5 - both with Bet365.
The first thing to note is that 8 of the last 11 league games between these sides have finished as a draw and although most of those games were over 10 years ago, the trend continued with a 2-2 at the King Power Stadium in the reverse fixture in August. Indeed, three of those draws were by a 2-2 scoreline.
Leicester look certain to be relegated this season (4/11 with Ladbrokes) - they are rock bottom and have lost their last four league games. With just 9 goals in 13 away games so far this season they look unlikely to overly trouble an Everton defence that only conceded once against Chelsea and Liverpool in their last two league games (and that an 89th minute deflected goal at Stamford Bridge).
But Everton have only won one of their last nine league games and have won just three times in front of their own fans this season, while no side in the division has drawn more than their six games at home.
It may therefore be worth backing the draw at that 13/5, plus 1-1 at 6/1 and 2-2 at 13/2 with Bet365 - as they offer to refund losing Correct Score bets on any game that finishes 0-0.
Romelu Lukaku scored a hat-trick for Everton in the Europa League in midweek and is a fair each-way price at 9/2 to score the first goal with Paddy Power, who offer 1/3 odds for the 'place' in this market - if your player scores any of the first 5 goals.
